Called them. They were out there within an hour to make repairs. Truck possibly had to be Towed because it wouldnt stay started. After going and forth with the tech he suggested we wait till Monday morning he wanted to change the fuel filters before towing because he wouldn't want us to pay for something that wasnt needed. That I can say is very honest business. They went outa there way to drive to Little Rock to pick up parts and charged us a very fair amount for the drive. Ended up changing the fuel filter and the WIF SENSOR IN dd15. I would highly recommend these people. Honest and fair.

Sunday afternoon. Truck broke down. Throwing codes for WIF- water in fuel.
Horrible service!! Ended up tacking on "additional fees" that were never mentioned, just put on to the bill. Truck broke down, called them for a tow. The driver is a mechanic so he told them what was wrong with it, they still charged a $85 Service Call for shining a flashlight under the hood. Also tacked on $180 of labor for two hours to estimate the cost to fix it. Which was an obscene amount, $10,000 which they now claim was a "very" rough estimate. All together to tow 22 miles, the total bill was $1054.20. That includes a 5% card fee that was never spoken about, just charged for. We ended up getting the truck hauled home for $1500 for a little over 300 miles, the total fix for this truck including the tow home was $3,500.00. It's companies like this that will break a small family run business, so thank you A&H for taking full advantage of that!
